Three vehicle accident near North Walsham

Ambulance crews were called out to a road accident involving three cars.

The accident took place on the B1150 near North Walsham with three ambulances and police called out to attend the scene just after 11am today .

Kyle Hampshire-Smith, ambulance officer for the East of England Ambulance Service NHS Trust (EEAST), who attended the scene, said the people involved in the accident had escaped with minor injuries.

He said: “Two people, a woman and a young boy, were discharged from scene following assessment. Two further casualties, both female, were taken to the Norfolk and Norwich Hospital by ambulance as a precaution, suffering from neck and back pain.”
