Fourteen budding police officers from Thetford have become the first in Norfolk to complete a cadet course.
The 13 to 18-year-olds paraded in front of temporary chief constable of Norfolk Police Simon Bailey and police and crime commissioner Stephen Bett at Thetford Academy on Friday.
They were the first to have taken part in the scheme, which aims to give young people the chance to get involved in policing in their area.
Cadets get a taste of police work while also taking part in community initiatives.
