A teenage girl was assaulted as she walked through Wymondham last month.

It happened on Friday, September 28 between 9.30pm and 9.40pm in Damgate Street as the 17-year-old victim walked from the town centre.

She was approached from behind, grabbed by both arms and pushed to the floor suffering bruising to both arms. The suspect ran off towards the town centre.
