Teenager dies after collision on the A10, near Downham Market

A blue VW Sharan was travelling along the road when it was involved in a collision with a male pedestrian at around 12.20am today
Police said the collision happened on the A10 close to the A1122 Bexwell Road.
The road was closed for around three hours while emergency services attended the scene.
The 17-year-old pedestrian, who has not been named, was taken to the Queen Elizabeth Hospital in King’s Lynn with serious injuries but died a short time later.
Officers investigating the crash want to speak to anyone who saw a young man in the area prior to the incident or the VW Sharan.
The 33-year-old male driver of the vehicle, from the Dereham area, has been helping officers with their investigation and no arrest has been made at this stage.
