Teen on Gorleston church roof arrested

An 18-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of disorderly behaviour and criminal damage after being spotted on a Gorleston church roof.
A resident reported the teen after seeing him sitting and shouting on the edge of the roof at Magdalen Way Methodist Church at 12.15am today (Thursday).
Firefighters and police negotiators were called to engage with the man and he came down around an hour later at 1.15am.
He was arrested and is currently in custody being interviewed by officers.
No one was hurt in the incident.
