Parents, grandparents and friends joined the pupils from Taverham Hall Preparatory School to celebrate their harvest festival.
Rev Paul Seabrook took the service, telling the children that there is enough food in the world for everyone if we all work together.
Two children had to try to pick up a marshmallow from a plate and feed it to their partner who held a long rod in each hand with a spoon taped at the end.
The pre-prep welcomed major David from the Salvation Army, who explained that the tinned produce would go to help the needy at Christmas in Norwich while the rice and fresh produce would go to help feed people who were homeless.
The morning ended with the Year 2 children reading some of the prayers they had written especially for Harvest Festival.
Mrs Lindsey Davies, Head of pre-prep thanked everyone for their wonderful generosity and for making the harvest festival service such a special occasion.
