Take That frontman Gary Barlow teases Norwich return for greatest hits tour
Take That singer Gary Barlow has hinted at a Carrow Road return - though fans will need to show a little patience as the greatest hits tour won’t be ready until 2019.
Thousands of fans flocked to Norwich in June to see the talented trio perform their Wonderland show in a two-night run at Carrow Road.

Lucky fans could be about to relive the greatest day of their lives as Gary Barlow hinted at a return to the city on The Chris Evans Breakfast Show after having “a great couple of nights there”.

Speaking to Chris, Gary said: “At the end of next year there will be a greatest hits album with all our classics and three or four new songs.

“Tickets will probably go on sale next year and we’re planning a world tour - we just need to get it past our wives.”
When asked by Chris if the UK dates would all be in big arenas, the singer said he preferred the “intimacy” of smaller venues.

He added: “If not the big venues, last time we did the Norwich City football club - it’s big but it’s not Wembley.
“We really liked the intimacy of the venue and we had a great couple of nights there.”
The Take That musical ‘The Band’ is on at the Norwich Theatre Royal from February 6-17 2018.
