Katy B performs at Sundown Festival 2014 - Paul Bayfield

Katy B took to the stage in true diva fashion greeted by a roar of appreciation from the crowds. Her striking red hair glistened in the sunlight as she reeled out hit after hit which the audience loved.

Katy B has made a seamless fusion between the dance and pop sounds that dominate the charts and has found her niche in pleasing both audiences and, most importantly, not diluting the intensity of the dance music scene.

Her tracks are instantly recognisable and provide a perfect opportunity for everyone in the audience to dance - which they did in abundance. It’s great to see an artist bringing such a feel-good atmosphere to the festival and as the sun actually goes down at Sundown, the build up to the headline acts is intensifying.
