A town centre museum has received the stamp of approval from the Arts Council.
For the second time in three years, Diss Museum has gained accreditation for good practice.
The accreditation identifies agreed standards, thereby encouraging development, and helping to guide museums to be the best they can be.
Manager Basil Abbott said: “It is a kind of rubberstamp to show that we are doing everything in the right way. We had to produce the accounts, an access policy, a care and conservation policy, a documentation policy, an environmental policy and various other things. Collections manager Alison Molnos provided the collection documents.”
Naturists are to be banned from a nationally-renowned Norfolk beach following complaints about anti-social behaviour committed in the area.
