“It is an exciting event that demonstrates the vibrant communities that have chosen Norfolk as their home and how they have enhanced the county. The festival gives everyone the opportunity to be part of an international celebration with groups from all over the world, it promotes a cohesive society and understanding and is a fantastic fun day for all the family.”
