Chimwemwe Moto, 38, of Brook Avenue, Saffron Walden, was found dead on November 4 on Croxton Heath.

His car was later found nearby by Norfolk Police.

Mr Moto, the son of the former Malawian High Commissioner to the UK, Professor Francis Moto, had been missing from his home since November 2.

A review was held by the Norfolk Coroner in Norwich on December 5, with a second taking place today.

Mr Moto is believed to have taken his own life by hanging.

Family said he had suffered with depression before taking his own life.

Plans are being made to repatriate Mr Moto’s body back to Malawi upon completion of the inquest.
