Rachel Blackburn's patriotic best of British-inspired look led to her being one of the two best dressed winners in the competition sponsored by intu Chapelfield. Rachel, 52, who lives in Little Plumstead and is the founder of US2U Consulting, picked a royal blue dress from House of Fraser and teamed it up with a striking red and white hat and bag as well as a Union flag. Her fellow best dressed winner was Christine Taylor, 67, from Woodton, who wore a beautiful grey and pink floral dress coupled with a pink fascinator and bag.
The headline hat award went to Bekah Boone, 47, from Salhouse, who was wearing a wonderfully unique hat decorated with a nest created by her friend and fellow eco artist Claire Gebbet. The bespoke hat was a reference to the duo's community art initiative known as The Nest Project.
