Two men were rescued off the north Norfolk coast today after their rowing boat was blown a mile out to sea.
The Sea Palling independent lifeboat crew was scrambled by Cromer Coastguard just before 3.55pm after the boat had drifted north of Sea Palling.
Coxswain Paul Dale said the men, who were in a fibreglass vessel, were in their 20s and were towed back to shore by 5.30pm. They were not injured.
The rowing boat had been blown out by a strong southerly wind.
Happisburgh Coastguard helped the three independent lifeboat crew members.
