Emergency services were called to a crash involving two cars earlier this afternoon.
It happened on the B1440 between Heath Road and Manor Road in Dersingham at around 3pm.
It is not thought there are any life-threatening injuries.
Two fire and rescue crews from Sandringham and Dersingham, where one passenger had to be cut out of one of the cars.
Norfolk police have closed the road both ways and have a diversion in place via the A149.
