I want to complain about this content:

I think it is a lovely idea but I use the bus anyway I don't have a car. Those that have a car I think are not going to lured onto the bus because of the convenience of a prepaid payment card to pay your fare. People are used to going from exactlly point a to point b with no walking and a boot to put all your shopping in and I think you will never win people over. Even the appeal of maybe cheaper fares will not out do convenience that a car brings for some. I also agree that it seems like a lot of money when there are many other improvements that are needed too in Norfolk, including better bus services for some more remote areas.
