Northampton General Hospital plans to axe 310 jobs..quoted on 23 May 2011: "This is a very challenging programme for us," said the hospital's acting chief executive Christine Allen. This is what is meant by .....“instrumental in leading significant transformational change and service redesign”...by the JP trust. Oh yes.Called sacking staff in plain english.
