So looking at your photos Blickling Hall can keep its grounds clear but Norfolk County Council with its' mass of resources cannot keep a city centre moving. Heads need to roll for this - it's happened before and no lessons have been learned. Can't wait for the County Council elections in May. A complete change is needed at County Hall.
