I want to complain about this content:

I was in Oslo last week and tomorrow I travel to Malmo - both with serious snow and freezing temperatures and NO major travel issues - over the weekend and today I have been living in a county seemingly almost on its knees because of 'usual winter' weather - cold temperatures and heavy rain, oh and approx 0.5 cm of the white stuff settling for approx 30 mins- what a joke!
