I'll be interested to see the full detail. Vince Cable was flip flopping on the idea of a "free of tie" option yesterday, which many would argue would help these pubs. Now will North Norfolk District Council tomorrow support our local in Holt, or are they still agreeing with pubcos that it isn't profitable?
