I want to complain about this content:

Booked train tickets for 9.57 depart and the return from Peterborough at 7.40. Ended up leaving norwich at 10.55 via coach. And returned on the most packed train i have ever been on in any country. No toilet on board, and was told by the very grumpy driver we were lucky to be on a train, as he then told us to move up the carriage which was physically impossible. Rude staff, poor planning & unhelpful police spoiled a good day.
