Anyone thinking of voting for Ukip in the pcc elections can I recommend you check out Matthew Smith.s twitter first. He seems to like ridiculing overweight people by taking sneaky pictures of them and then mocking them, he also paints himself as a nuisance neighbour by playing overly loud music.
