Queues formed early for the opening of a new Poundland megastore in King's Lynn.
About 30 new jobs have been created at the discount retailer, which opened at the Pierpoint Retail Park yesterday.
Poundland also has a store in Broad Street, in the town's Vancouver Centre.
A spokesman for the new store said: 'It was a very smooth opening yesterday at 9am. There were about 30 people queuing up outside waiting to come in. And it's very busy today as well.'
Poundland's trading director Richard Lancaster said: 'We are delighted to bring our unique proposition to Pierpoint Retail Park.
'Poundland offers amazing value on top branded products to over 5m customers every week. The £1 price hasn't changed since we opened our first store 24 years ago.'
