Pregnant woman and daughters among injured in A11 crash

A pregnant woman in her 30 and her two daughters were among four casualties to be taken to hospital after a three vehicle smash on the A11 near Elveden.
Another woman in her 30s was also taken to hospital suffering from back pain after the incident just before 12.30pm today.
A Suffolk Fire Service spokesman said the pregnant woman was complaining from whiplash and was taken to West Suffolk Hospital with her daughters.
Their injuries are not believed to be serious.
Three vehicles were involved in the incident - a Renault Trafic van, a Honda Jazz and a Renault Megane.
Suffolk Police closed both lanes of the road after the crash, which took place around half a mile north of the Fiveways roundabout.
The road was cleared by 2.30pm.
