UK Power Networks is currently working to restore power to 128 customers in the Thetford area following a fault on overhead electricity lines this morning.
The homes, in the Woodcock Street area of Wretham, lost power at around 5.20am after damage was caused to overhead power lines following high winds.
Ten customers had supplies returned to normal by 6.20am, according to a spokesman for UK Power Networks.
He said: “We would like to reassure the remaining customers that we are working hard to restore their power as soon as we can.
“We realise how difficult it can be to be without power, particularly at this time of year and apologise for any inconvenience.”
