Two men have been charged with theft after plastic guttering was stolen from a garage in Norwich.
Police spotted two men acting suspiciously at Sun Lane, to the north of the city centre, on Monday.
Both were found in possession of guttering, which officers established had been removed from a nearby city council-owned garage.
The two men were taken into custody at Aylsham Police Investigation Centre. They have each been charged with one count of theft.
Wayne Mills, 30 of Tippett Close, and Ryan Turner, 25 of Shipfield, are due to appear at Norwich Magistrates Court on Monday, December 24.
