I want to complain about this content:

so, council tax is going up then - why am I not surprised? An even bigger surprise would be for the council to take the governments offer, and co-operate with them, instead of opposing. I dont know who this 57.4% was, but they cooked their own goose! I notice also, the rise comes just below the 2% limit as well.
