I want to complain about this content:

Considering the abysmal slide in performance in recent times, is it too little too late? A cheaper alternative would be the abolition of league tables. And this idea of cutting allowances is tremendously foolhardy and short-sighted. I mean, how will you attract the right calibre of individual other than by giving a twin-hatter the guarantee of raking in at least £100,000 over a 4 year stint.
