I want to complain about this content:

So Norwich City Council attack those on the benefits system by one introducing a Bedroom tax which is meant to make up the short fall by keeping Council Tax frozen. Well NCC are still as useless as ever. I informed them that I was starting work full time as from 7th January. They were informed on 24th December 2013, as a result I have been overpaid in Housing and Council tax benefit. I dont mind paying it back, but yet again there is an administration element which costs money, which COULD be avoided if they just got a grip and done their jobs properly. I am not the only one. So come on EEN get a FOI request to see how much money is wasted by unnecessary recover action. Oh and erm Council tax is being abolished but they just call it something else, wonder how much money will be wasted on new computer systems also ?
