I want to complain about this content:

  • If Cllr. Murphy wants to keep the issue of his conduct in the public domain, inevitably dragging the Tory party with him, he will just have to carry on pursuing his private case against Daivd White, who clearly is on record saying that he taped the conversation for 'his personal reasons', something he had never done in his whole career, not on behalf of any Norfolk taxpayer. Further, he did it on a private phone. Norfolk taxpayers could not possibly be liable for any such case, whether its the chief executive or any other member of staff clearly blurring the lines of the data protection act.
