I want to complain about this content:

  • Don't think so Nemesis, but if he does want to bring a case against David White, this has nothing to do with Norfolk taxpayers, the chief executive did this in a private capacity, for his personal reasons, he clearly stated and is on record as saying so. He further stated that the phone used to record was an iphone owned by his PA, who then transcribed the conversation afterwards. Records are kept for some years, afaik, and can be asked for by the courts. There is also the possibility to retrieve the information from the PA's phone. But, is it really in the interest of the Tory party to have a cabinet member and standing councillor involved in ongoing legal disputes that paint them in a bad light?
