ingo w posted: stressed and overworked councillors hooked on power are exactly what we have got now. Miss out the first 3 words and you have it spot on. I have seen many a twin-hatter in action and they just love it, because they are raking it in for doing not that much really. Best way to remove the problem of twin-hatters is a unitary authority.
