I want to complain about this content:

Spending £13million now to save £3million over ten years doesn't make economic sense. They are obviously in offices at the moment so just stay there and save £13 million. After all both councils plan to out source more functions and less offices will be needed. Most businesses are cutting back on lavish furniture and buildings in these tough times, somehow these councils seem to be exempt when it comes to there own wants. More councillors ego than essential need as usual....The worrying thing is they always believe they are right and far above mere public opinion..this is a common side effect of self ego and power often seen in political people who think they are really important and above everyone else..
