I want to complain about this content:

Great news as it should not only kick start the local economy but bring another £8 million to it. Who makes these ridiculous figures up as we see businesses going bust on a regular basis and head back into recession. Don't get me wrong the dualling is needed but the figures are nothing more than pie in the sky.
