I want to complain about this content:

  • Problems started with misleading weather forecast on BBC Radio Norfolk around 0710hrs talking of "scattered snow showers" One would think with modern technology tracking of weather fronts such as the one that brought the snow would have given early warning to the gritting teams enabling them to deliver a pre-emptive strike. Truth of the matter is that a lack of co-ordination between the various agencies was a major factor. Listening to the feeble response from Mr Tupper(where!) the chap responsible at Norfolk County Council when he was interviewed by Matt Gudgeon early evening it was clear that such co-ordination had not taken place. Will lessons be learnt? They always say they will be they rarely are! Heads should role with Mr Tupper and Mr Seago along with the Councillor who has overall responsibility.
