The Pickles Tax on Great Yarmouth amounts to a 39% cumulative tax over 2 years.This is what the people of Great Yarmouth will pay which is why he must listen to Cllr Wainwright.Unless the government relents,Yarmouth is facing social Armageddon with the attack not on poverty but against the poor.
