I want to complain about this content:

I see illegally parked cars all over the city that seem to get away with it. Yet, as a residential permit holder, I have been fined for forgetting to renew my permit for a measly 4 days. Once I realised I renewed it immediately but despite appealing the fine was not waived. To me it seems as if they are trying to make up that lost income from law-abiding citizens who they know will pay up!
