I want to complain about this content:

  • Peter Watson - The answer to your last question is Gordon Brown. His, "taking children out of poverty," resulted in a myriad of benefits and tax credits which meant that people with children on low wages had their incomes increased so much that employers could indeed get away with continuing to pay them the bare minimum as knew the state would make up the difference. It also led to many people working part time work. If they worked anymore than the required 16, now 24, it would have led to them losing their benefits. What a way to run an economy. State sponsored aid.
