Revised plans to build 43 affordable homes in Laundry Loke, North Walsham have been submitted by social housing landlord Victory Housing Trust.

It comes after a reconsultation was held into amended plans for the site.

The planning application submitted to North Norfolk District Council (NNDC) includes new access with associated landscaping highways, external works, and amendments to the substation.

Following the reconsultation, the plans also include a proposed amended layout, types of houses, designs, parking provision, drainage and landscaping. Additional ecology, groundwater/contamination, parking information and noise assessment have also been supplied.

In comments submitted on the NNDC website, North Walsham Town Council previously noted that 'there were concerns about on street parking along Cromer Road/Laundry Loke and Bradfield Road and the congestion which may be caused as detailed in residents' comments'.

The plans will be discussed by NNDC's development committee at a date to be fixed.
