Police have swooped on a swan that was injured after wandering onto a Norwich road.
Motorists on St Mildreds Road in the West Earlham area of the city had been advised to be alert by police following reports of the swan in the road this morning.
Officers have since arrived to remove the swan which has suffered a minor injury.
Swan rescue are on their way to the scene.
