Police want to trace a female dog walker after a 71-year-old man was bitten by a rottweiler in Aylsham.

The man was walking along a footpath on Henry Page Road at about 11am on April 17 when he was bitten on his arm by the large black/brown dog.

The attack caused a flesh wound which was treated by paramedics who attended the scene.

The dog walker, a woman, left the scene without giving her details and police are keen to trace her.

Anyone with information should contact PC Andrew Hudson at Aylsham police station on 101.
