Police appeal in Cromer after 15-year-old boy is pushed to the floor, kicked and punched

Police are appealing for information after a teenage boy was assaulted in Cromer.

It happened on Friday August 1 at around 10pm.

A 15-year-old boy was in New Street with friends when he became involved in a verbal altercation with two males which then resulted in the teenager being pushed to the floor, kicked and punched.

He suffered cuts and bruising.

Anyone who may have witnessed this incident, or anyone with information, should contact PC Dave Greenwood at Cromer Police Station on 101 or call Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555111.

  • Chamberlain. Grammatical errors frustrate me too but I feel your main concern should be for the victim's welfare and not the words of the writer who is obviously trying to help? I am even more frustrated with your pettiness.

  • Using "floor" when you mean "ground" is such a basic mistake in grammar. It is most irritating to read in a published headline or police report, but I've noticed that many people do not seem to comprehend the difference. It is as grating as using "ain't".
