Police are appealing for witnesses after a 23-year-old man was assaulted in Cromer.

It happened between 11pm and 11.30pm on Sunday night at the social club, in The Croft, when the victim was approached by another man who punched him in the face a number of times.

He suffered minor injuries including a cut lip.

Officers are keen to hear from anyone who may have witnessed the incident or has information.
