Plans to revamp King’s Lynn’s Saturday Market Place will be on show at the Town Hall on Friday (10am to 7.30pm).

The exhibition is part of a four week consultation on proposals that are designed to breathe new life into the town’s original market place.

They include a one-way system, which would allow pavements to be widened, outside eating areas, better use of space in front of Lynn Minster and an improved layout for car, motorcycle and cycle parking.

The consultation period will run until Monday, February 3. The project team will also be available to discuss the proposals at the Committee Suite, King’s Court council offices on Friday, January 24 (5 - 8pm).

Plans will also be on view at King’s Court for the duration of the consultation. Questionnaires, which will also be online here.
