Police are directing traffic at a major Cromer road junction during this morning's rush hour after a van smashed into railings.
The accident, which happened before 8am, involved a white van belonging to a Norwich-based flood protection firm.
It collided with railings at the junction of Norwich Road and Cromwell Road, dislodging a large part of the vehicle's nearside wing.
