Something is growing on across north Norfolk, as a myriad of moustaches are sprouting for a good cause.

Last week, we asked you to send in photographs of your moustaches, to show what you are growing for Movember, which raises money for research into prostate and testicular cancer.

Today, we have published some of the snaps from the healthy crop of mos on show.

They include two colourful examples from Sheringham Whistle Stop owner Cliff Morris, who dyed his moustache a different colour each day for a week.

Last Saturday, to celebrate the switch-on of the Christmas lights in the town, he sported a festive green growth.

The following day, the moustache took on a ginger hue.

Rival politicians have also put their differences aside to support the same cause. Liberal Democrat north Norfolk district councillor Richard Smith and Labour Holt town councillor Jono Read have both grown mos.

Others have grown a mo as part of a team or individually in their workplaces.

And women have even joined the fun, as seen in one of the photographs, where staff at Corner House Dental Practice at Cromer all got into the spirit - either with the real thing or stick-on moustaches.
