Around 500 women and many, many more glowsticks lit up the Norfolk Showground tonight as the first Norfolk Race For Life Twilight event was held.
Norwich is one of just four cities across the UK to have hosted one of the moonlit Cancer Research UK 5km events.
Women of all ages got into the spirit of the event to raise money for the charity, before running, jogging or walking the course to raise sponsorship money.
Watch the video above to get a taste for the fun atmosphere of the night, as the hardy fundraisers braved a chilly night in aid of the charity.
- Did you take part in the event? Send us your photos and details of how people can sponsor you at www.iwitness24.co.uk
- Make sure to see tomorrow’s newspaper for more photos and information about Norfolk’s successful first Race For Life Twilight.
Terrorism returned to the streets of London today as two suspected Muslim fanatics butchered a man in broad daylight in the name of “Allah”.
