A charity football match has taken place in Lowestoft today to celebrate the lives of popular teenagers Sam Jaggard and Kathryn Rivett.
Sam and Kathryn suffered fatal injuries in a collision on the A143-A146 Norwich road at Gillingham in July 2012.
Today a memorial match in tribute to the 18-year-olds took place at the home of Kirkley and Pakefield FC (K&P) with teams made up of Sam's friends and the friends of his brother TJ (Tom Jaggard).
After the match there will live music from about 3pm, with performances from Emma-Jayne Cullen and also a potential special appearance from Chris Hardman, aka L'il Chris, who is due to sing a few songs.
There are also stalls and a raffle.
All the money raised on the day will go be split between the charities chosen by Sam's and Kathryn's families, with some monies going to K&P's first team to help purchase a new away kit and also to the Whitton Life scheme and the Town Pastors Lowestoft initiative.
