A female pedestrian has been injured in a road collision in Norwich this morning.
The collision between the woman and a car happened at around 8.45am in Bull Close Road.
The road was shut for almost half an hour, causing rush hour delays, but has now reopened.
A spokesman for the East of England Ambulance Service said: “The pedestrian was a woman in her mid-60s with suspected rib and arm injuries that aren’t life-changing.
“She was taken to Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital for further treatment.”
Police in Norwich have launched an investigation after a woman claimed in a tweet she had knocked a cyclist off their bike.
