Pedestrian dies following argument with cyclist near Norwich doctor’s surgery

Police are searching for a cyclist after a 34-year-old pedestrian died following an argument in Norwich
Oak Street Medical Practice, where the pedestrian was initially treated following the fall.A police statement released this lunchtime said the argument took place at 8.50am last Wednesday, July 18 on Oak Street, near to the doctor’s surgery.
The statement said: “A male cyclist wearing sports clothing on a mountain bike became involved in an argument with a pedestrian, this led to the victim falling to the floor. The cyclist then left the scene.
“The 34-year-old victim from Norwich received initial treatment at the surgery, and was subsequently admitted to the Norfolk and Norwich hospital but has since died.
“Officers are appealing for the male cyclist or any person he may have confided in to come forward. They are also appealing for any witnesses to the altercation to also come forward.”
