One person has been taken to hospital this afternoon after a car crashed into a tree in the north of Norwich.
Emergency services were called to the Constitution Hill roundabout, at the junction with Wall Road, at 11.10am after a Vauxhall Corsa had crashed into a tree.
The crash was partially blocking the road but police were able to keep traffic moving, as a fire crew from Sprowston assisted in making sure the scene was safe.
Police are still on scene to ensure the safe recovery of the car and one of the car’s passengers has been taken to the Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital to have minor injuries checked.
